Use the QR code to the right to purchase gift cards from over 100 retailers, including AMC theaters, Amazon, Starbucks, Main Event and many more. The band purchases the cards at a discount and you get the full benefit of the gift card. The difference goes to the Band program.
Smiths Inspiring Donations
Link your Smiths card to the Mighty Bulldog Band Boosters to sign up. Smith’s Inspiring Donations will donate 0.5% of all eligible spending to the Albuquerque High Marching Band. Go to the Smiths Website to enroll.
Got Sneakers?
Bring your pairs of used sneakers or rubber cleats to the band room, where they’ll get bagged up and set to gotsneakers? for recycling. Sneakers will be compensated based on condition – excellent brings in $7.00 per pair, good $2.00, fair $1.00 and recyclable $0.25. This is an ongoing fundraiser throughout the 23-34 school year.
Your donation keeps the Albuquerque High School Mighty Bulldog Band program strong! Every dollar goes directly toward band expenses not covered by APS, like music, marching band programs, instrument repair, support staff, transportation, printing, entrance fees, and scholarships for band students who are unable to pay fees. Our program, the Albuquerque High School Band Boosters, is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. If you itemize deductions on your federal income tax return, your donation to our program may qualify for an income tax deduction in accordance with federal and/or state income tax laws. The Internal Revenue Service allows you to deduct the fair market value of in-kind donations that are in good used condition or better to qualified charitable organizations. Fair market value is defined as the price an item would sell for on today’s market. Only donors can determine fair market value of the goods and services they choose to donate. Cash donations are listed at the amount donated.
